How UpTop Works
#What can I buy on UpTop?

#What UpTop never asks for
UpTop does not ask for your passwords, two-factor authentication codes, recovery codes, or login credentials.
For direct top-ups, UpTop only asks for the product-specific delivery information required to complete the order, such as a phone number, player ID, server ID, region, or email address.
#How does delivery work?
There are two delivery types on UpTop. Which one applies is shown on each product page.
Direct Top-Up
Credit is delivered directly using the phone number, player ID, server ID, region, or other delivery information required by the product.
Applies to: Top-up products.
Gift Card Code
You receive a digital code after checkout and redeem it yourself inside the game, platform, store, or service.
Applies to: Gift card products.
#Step by step
Direct Top-Up
- Select your top-up product
- Choose the amount or denomination
- Enter the delivery identifier required by the product
- Pay
- Credit is delivered using the information you entered
What you need: The required identifier for the product. This may be a phone number, player ID, user ID, server ID, region, or other delivery detail. Required fields are shown on the product page.
Gift Card
- Select your gift card
- Choose the region and denomination
- Pay
- Receive your digital code
- Go to the game, platform, store, or service and enter the code in the redeem section
What you need: Your email address or order contact information at checkout. You redeem the code yourself.
Make sure you are buying the correct region. Some products are region-locked and can only be redeemed in specific countries.

Direct Top-Up
Check your phone balance, app, game, or platform after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary by product, supplier, carrier, or platform.
Gift Card
Your code is delivered digitally after checkout. Codes are single-use, so do not share yours before redeeming.
