#Refund Policy
Digital goods on UpTop are generally final and non-refundable once successfully delivered, redeemed, topped up, or otherwise made available.
UpTop may review failed delivery, invalid code claims, pending payments, duplicate charges, and other order issues under the Refund Policy.

We typically respond to inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Standard order issues are typically resolved within 1–3 business days. Supplier-side investigations may take 7 business days or longer.
#Abuse and fraud review
To protect users, publishers, and our payment partners, orders may be held for additional review if they trigger fraud signals or violate our Terms of Service. If your order is held, Support will contact you to verify. Reviews typically complete within 24–48 hours. Orders confirmed as fraudulent or in violation may be cancelled or refunded at UpTop's discretion.
